Detroit rockers such as Back Seat Cadillac, Ruins of Tomorrow and Mansfield Park, as well as Windsorís One Manís Opinion and DJ Hush and others, will fill the Crofoot complex with sound as part of an official Arts, Beats & Eats bash starting at 8 p.m. Friday (Sept. 4). Pillar of Autumn will highlight tracks from its new EP, ďBurn the City,Ē when it headlines a headbanging triple bill with Effigy and Forest Wade on Saturday (Sept. 5)at the Eagle Theater, 15 S. Amidst all the other festivals this weekend, the Pontiac Salvation Army will host the Iíll Fight Music Fest, from 10 a.m.-7 p.m. on Monday (Sept. 7) in its parking lot at 34 Oakland Ave. The free, gospelfocused event will include Men of Grace, Dan Brown Jr., Midst of Lions, the first performance by the Christian ska/punk band the Insyderz performance since 2005 and more.
