Another big Detroit music name has been added to the Motown 50th anniversary gala later this month.

Kid Rock will join Stevie Wonder during the latter's "special tribute performance" to Motown Founder Berry Gordy, Jr., and his sister, Motown Historical Museum founder Esther Gordy Edwards, at the Nov. 21 black-tie event at the GM Renaissance Center in downtown Detroit. The two are expected to duet on Wonder's 1973 hit "Living For the City."

They'll join the Temptations, Aretha Franklin and host Sinbad in performing at the $350-a-head bash, which benefits the museum and will also honor other Motown notables. On Nov. 20, members of the Contours, Miracles and other Motown groups will sign autographs at a Bop to the Ballroom dance party at the Roostertail nightclub, which carries a $50 tag.

Tickets for both events can be purchased by calling (313) 875-2264 or visiting www.motownmuseum.com.
