Avenged Sevenfold, "The Stage" (Capitol): The hard rockers, welcoming new drummer Brooks Wackerman, announced their epic, nearly 74-minute-long seventh studio album on the eve of its release.

Kenny Chesney, "Cosmic Hallelujah" (Blue Chair/Columbia Nashville): The country stalwart's 17th studio album includes his chart-topping "Setting The World On Fire" duet with Pink.

Alejandro Escovedo, "Burn Something Beautiful" (Fantasy): The much-revered singer-songwriter has all-star support on his latest release, including co-producers Peter Buck and Scott McCaughey as well as players from Los Lobos, the Decemberists, Sleater-Kinney, the Fastbacks and more.

The Legal Matters, "Conrad" (Ominivore): The Detroit power pop group gets an assist from Verve Pipe drummer Donny Brown on its second album.
